Grandmaster isnt decided by rating. That is awarded after getting your GM norms from competing in tournaments with other GM's
With all due respect, Kiesh, 1450 to 2200 is nowhere near the same thing as 800 to 1450. The learning curve starts steep (mainly as blunders are ironed out and some idea of positional play is learnt) but then flattens out. The time taken for 1450 to 2200 is much, much, much longer than that of 800 to 1450, as it is refinement of previous ideas.
I agree completely Nytik, but what i'm trying to point out is that dedication and hard are essential for your ratings to go up.

I am interested in your oppinion guys, my rating is about 1450, I know this is individualy but in general is it possible to get 2200 for 2/3 years or any time, and wich is lowes GM rating?
