Needing help

I just need help tbh. I've been stuck at like 1000 elo for a while.
1000 is a pretty generous nickname for 400.

Hi there.
I am rated over 2400 online (https://www.chess.com/member/ppandachess). I created a free course that will teach you a training plan to improve. Feel free to check it out: https://www.panda-chess.com/daily-improvement-plan

I'm a 1,000 player in 5 minute blitz, rapid and daily and here is a short list of mistakes I make.
1. I don't blunder proof a move.
2. I lose board vision - I don't look at the full board when the other guy moves.
3. I hang pawns too often.
4. I don't stop and look at what the other guy just gave me - what blunder did they just make?
5. I often play as though I am losing so I do a 1 piece attack instead of regrouping and then being patient. The other guy will make a mistake too.

Learn and apply the most important principles of chess. - (core of my teaching)
Always blunder-check your moves.
Solve tactics in the right way.
Analyze your games.
Study games of strong players.
Learn how to be more psychologically resilient.
Work on your time management skills.
Get a coach if you can.

I know I might sound like a bot , but if you really wanna improve you chess skills, just Practice and practice , you will eventually get better. JUST DO IT!!!!!!!!
I've been needing help getting better at chess because I make mistakes and I want to try and fix it. Could anyone help me?
