needs help please!! - (Missing Pieces)

hi, guys anybody had the problem with a missing pieces in your chessboard monitor usually the 2 horse. when i play using my laptop window vista it has always has a missing pieces. if i play on the internet cafe no problem i could see all the pieces on the board. i try to add all the plug in that think is missing in my pc but still not working. pls help !! thanks
