NEVER ENDING CLOCK ISSUE

This has been happening to me every now and then. Everytime that my rating reached 1800 and hitting the 1900+ rate, my clock starts to become weird. Base on personal observation my clock time tends to work on my disadvantage as if it's been manipulated by chess.com system. I won't accept the idea that its cause by internet data/network because the country am located serves 4G-5G network (Saudi Arabia). This therefore is a call of attention to whomsoever is assigned to deal on such stuff. Please take this as a point that should be given reasonable resolve because it's really alarming and disheartening to think that a players rating coming from 1800+ drops down to 1600 (2x it happened) without any chance to win - even on position and pieces advantage - just because of clock manipulation, though I din't know if that is due to chess.com server system or part of the privilege of the other player's (with paid membership).

Note: Anyone can review my stats from which the dates between Oct 18-19 shows that most of the games played are on a positional and/or piece advantage then gets lost due to time. Funniest part, there are times that we ended up with my time wasted and the other still has 2mins left even after we concluded a move of more than 30, from a 3min game. As if the other player has an incremental time clock and mine is zero, lol...
