Never playing another game of blitz here again, contemplating walking away from this site entirely.

Your problem is not your opponents ratings. Your problem is You. You make way too many pawn moves. You move the same piece more than once in the opening. You hang material. You leave a piece to be taken. Your opponent will take it.

You literally described about 95% of all players here., so we don't need fair play? We can't scrutinize a issue many thousands have brought this same observation, but were all just garbage people and players, because we want to protect chess while people like you seem to simply wanna inflate their egos....

I agree, at the 900 rating level, the player pool is filled with cheaters, smurfs, and people getting 90%+ accuracy every game. It's practically impossible to climb out of there unless you're Magnus Carlsen. It was way easier for me to get to 2000 than to get to 1000.

I looked at your last 3 losses. I thought only 1 of them played well.

No offense but your opening is dreadful. Just play a normal opening and your rating will go up

So you did the tried and true cherry pick, its a go to right? What are you like 2800? I mean you probably look at nearly every player here and find stupid moves? Were talking about 900 elo not 2800, how many times have you beat Magnus by this point?

I'm 2500. I still make stupid moves every game. But my stupid moves usually have complicated reasons for being stupid

Your stupid moves are not complicated. f6 blocks your knight in, weakens your king and does nothing to control the centre. Just stop playing that lol

I have felt these same feelings before. You just have to understand that at every rating level, people are going to play much stronger, but also much worse at times than their rating. I remember when I was about 500 games into my Chess journey, being 900 rapid facing a guy with 82,000 games. You will lose those games, but you should also face over rated people who you will beat because theyre actually like 400 but rated 900 due to less games or a lucky surge they went on. One other note is that blitz has a much higher average rating deviation than rapid, so this will seem like it happens more.
Switching sites certainly will not save you from this.

Nobody called anyone 'garbage people'.

If you leave a piece where it can be captured, then your opponent doesn't have to be Bobby Fischer to find the best move.

It could even be @HangingPiecesChomper

This is literally one of the dumbest things I've ever read about chess, accuracy quite literally decides the game, the only time that isn't true is if you can beat someone through speed alone, which is very, very rare, one only needs to look at the near endless amounts of games were the correlation between winning is nearly always that the winner had a higher accuracy. Even when it was only 1%....

You don't understand that accuracy is a relative measure in a given game. Try not to call Lt. Columbo dumb if you don't really understand what you are talking about. If you allow Scholar's Mate, a 500 rated player will have 100% accuracy. Are they cheating? No. Think it through, it will come to you...your bad moves can vastly improve your opponent's accuracy for a game.

Follow the advice and dump your pet f6 opening.

But how often is scholars mate going to work going forward? Look at your own games how many of the games you won, did you have a higher elo at the same time as winning? 99% of the time probably.

You know your right I've made way too many posts about this topic. Its not going to change anything, all make a promise. I won't make another post about this topic ever again here. Its legitimately, because I love chess that I tilt out and make these posts in the first place im never getting to any respectful level at blitz ever, and even my rapid at around 1400 is a joke...I give up.

your rapid is not a joke... much people are worse than you.

keep going, you're doing great!

I appreciate that thanks, I need to just be ok with being a game and just accepting that I will never improve to a measure worth all the practice. Its for fun and thats it, it should be enough, but it never is...

Hey, please don't give up. We all go through same thing all the time. The only difference is that we've finally (mostly) (usually) figured out that we're happier to let all that go and just enjoy the game. And as we study and learn, the rest will come when it is in DUE TIME.

Please slow down. At least until your psyche is ready for it. And clearly it is not. There are many here that are willing to help; myself included. :-)

@Sololevelingsirjohn said, "it should be enough, but it never is..." Oh how I can relate to that. I hear you there. Totally. And then the stress builds. Hey, I haven't either yet but check around and find a good Club. Then you can share issues with each other and find solutions that way also!
