SCENE 21:

Very self centered, aren't you?
This is the point.
Chess is a game for self centered people. Or do you play to lose then others will be happy and satisfied?

You did not understand. The thread below was created to show to the world beautiful chess games. It is not about ME, it is about chess.

Ok, "psychological attacking style", which usually can't be achieved in boring positions without losing material for no compesation as the attacker, I'll keep it in mind, Mr. King.
Very funny, lighthearted daydreaming. Thanks for the entertaining. :-)
An old chess friend, who is currently professor in philosophy, always wanted to make draws. His line of reasoning was that chess is essentially a draw and he wanted to play a perfect game, hence should he be most satisfied when his games would end in a draw. Whenever he won or lost, he knew mistakes had been made along the road. The game was for sure not a perfect game. His best game ever would be a draw!

Interesting. Your friend is satisfied with draws because it shows he played well and so his opponent. Most of people (including me) does not appreciate draws (except if you saved a lost game).
