Yeah, and with his "aw, shucks" persona he'll never pull off the intimidating presence that was Fischer. Really poor casting for the part.
You ever see "Sin City"? Toby was a pretty menacing figure in that movie.
That said, I don't see him as Fischer.

Tobey is a horrible choice. First, he is too short (Fischer was 6 foot 2 while he is 5 foot 8). Second, he does not look the character. Third, his personality is nothing like Fischer's (being Spiderman won't work here)
Yea... we all think that. agreed. So why did they cast him? I think someone didnt do enough Fischer research... and Im not just talking about Fischers physical size.
& I don't think Tobys acting skills are good enough to make up for it. I'll be amazed if he can get anywhere near to being convincing as Fischer. Oh, I'll definately be watching anyway.
Me too... but Ill probably be so disapointed in Toby not coming close to pulling off Fischer or.... hopefully shocked that he does.
