For a long period @FlashyFerrari was the #1 in tactics and after that @ALYURFED and now its @vskopalik who has made the record by reaching 20 tons ! He has a rating now of 20000 in puzzles, which is mind blowing. But why these ppl get 20000 but their game ratings are not so great?

Because it’s literally hard memorization.

Also in the puzzles possibly 50% or more puzzles you see very often.

Oh no, these guys are destroying the hardwork in chess, they think chess is like the school subjects sad , i never knew this.
