It has to be a bug, there is no way they would include something so stupid deliberately, it makes it near on impossible to concentrate on the game

Has anyone else noticed this Android glitch? It seems like it is less frequent, but still ocurring.
The recent Android update added an annoying repeat of the last move while waiting for your turn. This ruins it for me. Why not make the clock pulsate or something as a reminder of passing time?
