I practice by playing against Stockfish 5 now instead of Stockfish 4.

Hai all,
technology and brain science developed a lot in the past few years. Is there anything new in that field for chess training ? Such as watching master games sequence replays with 3D glasses /virtual reality helmet while being in a meditative state or hearing binaural sound ? Or at least any new effective training methods using old technology ?
