Someone in another thread said something about refugees from Yahoo chess would soon start showing up. Guess they were right. 1. No tables here 2. It's a little complicated depending on whether you're talking live or correspondence ("online" here) 3. Colors are generally assigned randomly, no standing up to change colors. Probably best if you spent an hour or so reading the FAQs, which are now found in Help & Support, way down at the bottom of the page next to the green pawn. Anyway welcome to chess.com and as a further resource, all the forum posts are archived: you can access them using that little "search forums" box in the upper right. Good luck!

Sorry to bother anyone but new here.1. Do you have to play game if someone comes to yr table? 2. How do you invite a player? 3. Hw do you stand up to change colours at end of game?
