Call me old-school, but isn't blocking a simple way out? The opportunity cost missed in making "ever-lasting friendships over a chat window" is outweighed by you playing without getting distracted by the niceties of whose mother did what to whom.
The jerks out there far outclass you in the fine art of anti-courtesy so you might as well stop trying to compete with them.

I know of three. Voting process? We are working on a voluteer basis right now, so the more volunteers the faster the ball gets rolling. As of right now we're looking at about a month.
