no draw!?!

Just played a terrible game but at the endgame king (me) vs rook endgame against my opponent, my opponent had no clue to checkmate with these pieces. He should have been punished because we played up to 50+ moves after a pawn capture and no draw was signaled!! Can someone explain this to me (it is my most recent game of April 17 as of this post). Thanks

I don’t get why 91. Ke1 Ke3 92. Kf1 Kf4 93. Ke1 Ke3 94. Kf1 Kf4 95. Ke1 Ke3 is not a draw. That is threefold repetition.

This is not OTB it would be nice if it was automatic.

pawn moves and pawn caputures both count, so from move 61 you add 50 and get 111

This website requires you to claim a draw. Other websites will allow you (at the very least) the option to have your settings have automatic draw claims. This website, no.

Also, the pawn was captured at move 61.

Alright I see, thanks for responses.

In both FIDE and USCF, unless if previously claimed by a player, the arbiter claims it at 75 moves or 5-fold repetition

A diagram for anyone who wants it.

Chess.com auto-claims the draw after 5 repetitions per FIDE rules I believe, u have to claim after 3, auto claims after 5 and auto claims for 50 move draw rule.
