No sound

I lost the sound a few days ago, went into Boards & Pieces and reset, tried different sounds and still nothing. Anyone elses having this issue

If you are using mobile app make sure to check your Bluetooth setting to see if it's not connected to anything. Also check if your device is on silent mode. If you are using PC or computer, go to Settings and go to Boards and Pieces and click Play Sounds and you can put Sound Theme as default or any sound you like. Make sure to click Save when you are done. Now refresh the website browser and check if the sound is back by playing against a computer bot. If the sound is not back, trying logging out and logging back in. Also check to make sure your volume on your PC has no issues. Hope this helps.

I lost the sound a few days ago Καλησπέρα έκανα τις ρυθμίσεις που μου είπατε αλλά το πρόβλημα παραμένει στους ήχους    Μπαίνω τις ρυθμίσεις του chess  για τους ήχους Ακούγονται οι ήχοι αλλά δεν ακούγεται  ο ήχος μάρμαρο  και πουλί  ευχαριστώ για την βοήθεια
