I've periodically had the problem on and off whilst playing live chess on my computer.However,I think you'd find more help in the "help and support" forum.

I've got the same problem (just today). Tested all settings. It seems to work when I reboot, but then stops again in both chrome and explorer. There are other topics on this going back years, but none of them offer a solution that works.
