not being able to send messages during a game

hi, I have a problem with the chat in online matches, in fact, although I write over and over again, the message does not reach the opponent. Next to it appears (send again) and even pressing this key the error reappears. I realize this is not as important a topic as many others on this forum however I would appreciate an answer as it is a very annoying thing. How can I solve it?

We are many people who do not accept messages or have them disabled.

I disabled them because the only two times I accepted the messages they said noob and kid, so I think is kinda normal that messages doesn't reach the opponent.

Then you may submit a support ticket and explain to them to see if they're able to help you. It seems to be a chess.com problem
