Not getting credit for wins!

When I check my finished games it appears that I am not getting credit for my wins. Sober 10

You must mean the games of 1, 2 and 3 moves where people have forfeited.

Those don't count towards ratings. Congratulations on winning them though,

I don't recall that I "forfeited" those games. I know I can resign or abort a game. How does one "forfeite" a game?

You didn't forfeit. They did, when they timed out. It's called a time forfeit.

Question: is the person or the game unrated?

Sometimes for games that say "unrated", when I check in "Details" I see win/loss/draw points listed.

Unrated games still have winners and losers (and drawers), but they don't affect ratings.

I just purposly lost to an "unrated" player and my points were reduced.

Two question: 1) is it the person or the game that's unrated; 2) how can I prevent "unrated" players from responding to my posts for new games?
