I’ve had this a couple of times where I have my opponent in a clear mate-in-1 with about 4-5 minutes left on their clock. Instead of them playing on to the mate or resigning, they just wait for their clock to run out. Totally rude.
If they do this repeatedly, their account will be banned. There's going to be these types of people you play, you can report them or once you know they're going to stall. Then you can read a book or watch a youtube video on another tab!

How do you report? I usually play on my iPhone and don’t find a link for that.
