Fischer didn't play the KG that often, though.
Plus, Fischer isn't modern to me.
He quit chess in the 70's.
I mean players actively playing it.
True, I don't know soo much about chess.
But Wikipedia suggest a handful of grandmasters including GM Joseph Gallagher, GM Hikaru Nakamura, GM Nigel Short, and GM Alexei Fedorov.
Joseph Gallagher plays it regularly.
Nakamura hasn't play the KG in a long time, and he only plays it on occasion.
Which modern players play the King's Gambit consistently or with great success?
It can be IM's or GM's.
