Number of stalemates as tie-break system prevents early Draws

This is my opinion about stalemate related discussions like  Why Stalemate should be a win:

  1. Stalemate is 0.5 points because no king is mate.
  2. The number of achieved stalemates as the first tie-break system in chess tournaments prevents early draws.
