chess_kebabs successfully quit twice. Just up and left. Cold turkey. No looking back even. Takes guts.
More seriously, Masterful_Forfeit, kokino and dsarkar seem to have managed to quit. Something about having to work in the real world. Can you imagine?

Not enough emphasis on the publicly. Rael, silentfilmstar13, likesforests, king_william and Ray_Brooks come to mind as silent defectors as well, although Rael came back as Rae1 so "successfully" could be argued there -- I have my suspicions about Ray_Brooks as well.
Cheater_1 almost pulled it off, but then returned. Twice (the second time as the pitiful Teacher_1).

this is what i mean. sure people have quit. but the whole production. doods look at me i'm not too happy so here i'm leaving. this place sucks i can't stand it here anymore xxxxxxx that so many have pulled (including CPawn (haha)) is such a farce.
Sure, as soon as you see it you know it's not genuine. If you really mean to quit, then the validation of this community as you to it isn't something you'd be seeking.
