it happened many times that when I play and it shows me abundance and ,even the opponent didn't play a move I have the option to resign and not abort why, and suddenly came I lose but I am online

Aborting games is only supposed to be used very rarely. In the old days, it could take a long time to get a match on Chess.com. Sometimes, things happened in the several minutes that passed that made someone unable to play. That is what abort is for.
It is not supposed to be used to help you get the white pieces or anything like that.
If you abort too often, you lose the ability to abort.
