Olympiad tiebreaks

Can some kind soul remind me exactly how the first tiebreak for the Olypiads is calculated?  It's some sort of modified S-B score, right?

Or at a less precise, more basic level, can someone remind me -- is it calculated solely on the basis of match points, or do game points come into it in some way?

Thanks. So yes, complicated. And if I’m reading correctly, then game points do indeed have a significant effect here, yes?

Sounds very complicated, but actually most things are settled by the pairing program (Swiss Manager).
