That's "Hope Chess"... playing a blunder in the hope that your opponent will answer it with a blunder of his own. A line that gives away a piece for nothing isn't brilliant.

Yes, never forget the move 5.h3! Otherwise you are lost. Blacks best answer then is Bxf3. But in normal positions mostly it´s better to retreat the bishop to pin that knight longer and not exchanging the bishop for the knight. So you can "hope" that your opponent makes the blunder. That ist a kind of "hope chess" that is ok, because if your opponent makes the best decision you are still a little bit better (as white). Had one game that ended with the legals mate. But can´t find it. Unfortunately Philodors Defence is not listet in the opening-surch-list of the statistics.

Not as old as the lucena position for example (1634 vs 1876) and not every chess player knows it.

here I also had a game with these "trick". my opponent did the right thing (not capturing the queen) but was lost nevertheless

If Nc6 isn't played it is worth mentioning that h6 is not necessaru
