Online chess bug?

I just finished a game playing white & my opponent timed out. But the pop up came back "Draw insufficient material" & deducted 2 points.

 

Yet my opponent still had a pawn on the table, see screen shot.

 

So what's up here?

You are white; you have insufficient material to mate. Since your opponent ran out of time, it's a draw (it's a draw anyway, if played correctly).
