You are. The only grey area here would be if you followed a line that had been generated by computer analysis that was a particularly "unhuman" way of playing. That could raise a red flag but as a single incident it wouldn't get you in trouble. IMHO obviously.

I started playing postal/online chess i know that i can use oppening database and i am not allowed to use a endgame tabebase but am i allowed to use middlegame books I am currently playing a game vs albanian and one of the variations leeads to a IQP and i have a book isolani strategy am i allowed to use it
