online chess not working

got back on chess.com very recently and not been able to have an online game, but able to watch people playing live streaming, so not connectivity, anyone know what could be the problem? 

Well, are you using the website? Or one of the apps? Which one?

What does it say when you click "Play"?

Thanks justbefair, It says connecting.... scrolling photos of members and then says unable to match, in a public library but have never had problem in the past, and can watch live online games, can see them moving on there web cams, and talking, but cant play anyone live at present. its not even matched then aborted by someone for whatever reason , just cant match, hope an easy answer,for it.
