I tried to play games with a maxium of 48hs to respond, longer I get bored. Also while playing more than 5 games at a time I make too many stupid mistakes, and again it becomes boring.
3 games at a time is the best for me.
I 'd prefer to set a board for each game, and I can only do it when playing few games

By far the best way. Useually I have between 4 and 10 ganes giong at once unless I am in a tournament. Then I will limit myself to playing tournament games only. I got into a habit lately of using the analysis board rather than a real set. I have only played a real game of chess otb once and I cannot really play well otb because im too used to playing on the internet. Kleelof how are you finding playing otb? Do you fing it hard to see moves ahead? Thats my problem but I think with practice I should improve :)
That's why my rating is 1300 in Onlince chess! (It DID use to be 1630)
I live in a chessless wasteland. So, for now I can only play online . I do play 30/0 games and do ok. But, of course, my moves are not as deep as OnlineChess games.
