I'm studying openings 🤢 

Just gonna ask my opening questions here when idk the answer

First question. I usually play the below. But I've heard it's inaccurate. Why is this? I know it's because you usually wanna play Bg5 and that's not possible here but it doesn't seem like a big deal to me 😭 is the pin really that important?I'm just trying to avoid the noteboom

You play that as White? Just play Nf3 and see what Black does.

I mean usually in the qgd exchange black has a knight on f6 and I play Bg5 but it's not possible here

I'm wondering what's the big deal about playing Bf4 why's it inaccurate compared to Bg5 in the qgd exchange

That's the noteboom it's too much theory for me

Or do you mean Nf3 after the exchange?

Sorry I only studied Vienna Gambit for White, Najdorf, Benko, and Taimanov

But seriously why is exchanging there so bad? The win rate on the database is like 16% I don't understand

Obviously real men play whatever the *** they want and dont care about everybody elses opinion.

You're all absolutely useless. It's because in the mainline you can prevent Bf5 but in this variation you can't

I never prevented Bf5 in any game oops

Yea if they do see it coming then they are cheating 100%
