Where can I access opening theory? I'd like to learn the Scotch but I don't know where to look for theory, thanks

Books on openings are out of date within a few years after they get published. For the very latest on the Scotch you would go to This Week in Chess and download the weekly pgn. Then you would search for the Scotch games looking for new ideas to try out and improve apon. You could use the Diamond Membership's coach's advice to explain the moves. There's also an openings explorer on here.

Fritztrainer DVDs are sold as such, or as downloads. They run on any recent version of ChessBase, including the CB Reader, which is free.
