Also, edit your OP and trim the trailing part, it's messing up the thread HTML. My first replies are overlapping you post.
Sounds like a double disconnect. I hate to break it to you but your the one that disconnected. Not him. Probably a main router disconnected dropping you both. And btw stop being a newb and edit your op.

Then why did it say he may have violated policy?
Another day another game. Sorry about your lost but it will not be your last at chess.com. It is not right but not going to stop happening. Just at the end of the day make sure on the plus side of winning. So as to cancel out that one bad game.
Server of chess.com is really strange. I played one minute game. At the end of the game my opponent has zero secs and I have 9.8 secs. So I should win. BUT after approximately 5 secs, notification announced that my opponent won on time. My clock suddenly dropped to 0 secs, and my opponents clock rised to 8 secs. I have never encoutered that on playchess.com but on this server this time discrepancies and other strange bugs are quite common.
Part of the reason why i stopped playing that time limit. Really it is a mouse clicking game rather than chess.
jsiegel04 has disconnected. They have 3 minutes to reconnect...
