Opponent getting extra time when playing bullet

In 60% of the games in bullet,my opponent gets more time.You can't be losing a bullet game when you are playing 220 points less opponent with him having more than 20 seconds on the clock.In one case,my opponent had 0.8 s on the clock and I had around 7 s.But with each move he played,he got around 0.5 s more,and the game ended with me having 0.7 s and he still have 1.2 s on the clock.If the site don't resolve this problem,I have decided to quit this site.My network is good and all other pages in the web are very responsive.This problem happens both on WiFi and also on mobile data.My rating keeps on dropping (now a 150 points below my normal performance) even if I am improving on the game.The problem is on there during 3 min blitz also but its less problematic.I feel I am playing with time odds.Anyone having same problem?It's very demotivating to continue like this.

I have played quite a bit of bullet... and I have run into time issues as well I try to premove but can't always... and sometimes I am way ahead in time but then lose on time... I can't say I have seen my opponents time increase but I have decided it is my connection...that some how I am not receiving his moves immediately... kinda frustrating I know

Yes,it is very demotivating for an improving chess player.What should I do with my connection.It is very fast on all other sites and has world class speed.I noticed I had nearly no lags on ethernet connection but 50% games lagged while i use wifi or mobile,especially on bullet.
