Opponents timer going down, I lose on time

Literally just sat there watching my opponents timer get closer to 0 waiting for him to make a move and then I lose the game on timeout. Moves show that he supposedly moved in 3 seconds and that it was MY turn but that is not what happened… My connection was completely fine, he even chatted to me while we were waiting…….. Bruh.
