Opposite Bishop Endgame

The engine says White is winning. I'm assuming this in a computer glitch? I do not see any possible way for white to win. I'm sure this is a draw.  Any thoughts?

Youre going to have to define "winning"

This is a draw.  And if you mean "winning" because an engine gives white an advantage of something like .10?  This is an example of why you dont blindly trust engines.

White is "winning" because of the extra pawn. Regardless it is a drawn position.
