You seem to be playing random moves in the opening, and you blundered your rook a few times.

You got a brilliant move because, when your rook and knight were under attack:
instead of moving the rook and losing the knight (losing 2 pts of material if you recapture the pawn)
You moved the knight to capture a pawn and defend the rook, (losing 1 pt of material if you recapture the bishop)
instead of moving the rook and losing the knight (losing 2 pts of material if you recapture the pawn)

You did a good job attacking your opponent's king at the end but missed some things that could've lost you the game or won you it much quicker. My analysis: (I didn't comment on some of the hanging-rook moves because your moves were okay otherwise)

breakfastsandwich gives you a helpful analysis, but I think you had the option to get a checkmate with 16. ... g5#, (always worth looking for checks and forcing moves before material)

`16...Qh6 is also checkmate, and a couple of moves after this Black misses 18...Qh7# (in place of 18...g5).

you're information on en passant is helpful. i overlook it.

Simple improvement point: see wether you can take something from your opponent and whether your opponent can take something from you. Not bad for 200 rating, though. Keep it up!
I've not had much luck at chess recently, i just came back to play and i've been doing far better than i was for some reason. I've started to make sure i don't sacrifice pieces without reason, and am making checkmates far better.
