Players taking the full allotment of their time before they move is not against site rules. Nor is going on vacation. If you feel that someone is abusing vacation time, please use the "Report Abuse" link on the bottom of every page to report them.
If, for any reason, you do not want to play against a specific player on this site ever again, we have a mechanism for that. We have created a blocked list just for this purpose, and you can manage yours here: http://www.chess.com/home/privacy.html

the worst person to play chess with is <edited out>.
he makes his move, but if he is about to lose. he wont make a move. untill 3 days. and he takes vacation for about 17 days comes back makes one move. and i have my moves on conditional moves to put him in checkmate.
he is annoying, he's planny is to annoying you, till you resign.
i'm not the only one who is complaining about him.
go to his games and see it for your self....... i think the admin should do sometyhing about this. he makes ppl hate chess.com
