"I am a fast chess player" ++ Slow down.
'When you see a good move, look for a better one.' - Lasker

"I make lots of blunders" ++ Blunder check before you move.

"I have an OTB classical (1 hour + 30 seconds increment )chess tournament tomorrow."
++ Most chess games are essentially decided before move 30. So use all your time before move 30 and finish the game on increment. Time is a resource, use it. When two equals play, the one who uses more time can look deeper. As a fast chess player you will have no problem to finish on 30 seconds increment per move alone.

Also sleep well, eat light and spend some time outdoor in fresh air.
'Above all else, before playing in competitions a player must have regard to his health,
for if he is suffering from ill-health he cannot hope for success.
In this connection the best of all tonics is 15 to 20 days in the fresh air, in the country.' - Botvinnik

Since you mentioned that you're a fast chess player, try to slow down your pace during the tournament. Take your time to carefully consider your moves and calculate variations before making a decision.
