Out of Form Reasons / Recover?
Just sharing my thoughts..there are two primary reasons for the failure..
1) Making Blunders
or
2) Opponents outplayed well than you
If we are making blunders, definitely we have to take rest for sometime instead proceeding continuous games...then..We have to analyze the games and finds out whether there are any repeated mistakes..focus on those and resolve in the next games...
if opponents played well than us...then we have to analyze the moves from his position..We can the learn the moves from opponents...there might be knowledge gaps too..have to identify those areas and improve ourselves
this could happen if we continuesly play many games simultaneously or play games with large interval of time between them, what should we do in this case ?
I suppose there can be many reasons to be out of form - to hit a slump. If you are lucky enough to have coaching, a coach can help see why your game is off. Otherwise, some self analysis is required. Is there something happening in your personal life? Are there pressures or stresses that were not there previously? Have you made changes to your game?
The solutions will likely be a varied as the reasons. Meditation and relaxation may help with any mental stress. Change of diet, perhaps? Good luck.
