Whenever I see 1.e4 e5 2.Nf3,I play Nf6...the Unloved, under-rated, Petrov. Those who play half-open defenses as black, the most over-rated openings, have soft, fat, rubbery faces just asking to be slapped, repeatedly, by a dolphin or sea otter, or just about anyone.

Only positions that you litteraly cannot determine. On the edge of exploding like a nuclear bomb in WW3, or on the edge of shutting down like covid-19 lockdown.
London, Kings Indian Attack, Exchange variation against French, etc.
None of these offer White reasonable prospects of advantage.

Well Caro-Kann isn't like a really aggressive opening like Sicilian or is like a super good response to e4 like the French, but it's just a normal good opening nothing special
it can be agressive with the Botvinnik-Carls but im not an expert tbh

no it isnt, if black doesnt know the theory, the game is basically over, and black has to play multiple hard to find computer moves in a row to just reach an equal position in the middlegame
Black is better in the Fried Liver, but cannot err. White can err and still continue to make Black’s life difficult. White wins more than 75% of the games.
