Well, next target should be getting 2200 in blitz ( currently 2050 to 2100).
I already had 2100+ in bullet in chess.com ( dropped back to 2000). I thought it is due to lag. LOL.
Yes 2200 on lichess. ( I dont want to mention about lichess cos they may lock my thread ) 
I think around 2000-2200 level, playing strength between Lichess and chess.com is more or less the same.

i think so too but when lichess was newer the chess.com player would be ALOT stronger

You need minimum of 1060GTX nivida or better graphic card, otherwise cpu Leela is much weaker than Stockfish!

Any evidence to your claim? I highly doubt.
This research says, Lichess 2300 = chess.com 2310. And also check known top players rating who play both sites such as Daniel Narodisky , Firouzja etc.
As far as I know, beyond 2200+, ratings are similar.
