For real. OP needs to spend less time playing chess and more time going after all these damn Indians who keep calling Americans up, trying to steal our tax returns.

If, you want to engage, in a 'self' based 'rating' competition, {with yourself, of course}.. Play several, {at least 2!}, 'time-controls' during the course of the day.. {whether through entering 'tourneys' or single game 'challenges'}.

With the 'slower' 't-cees' for the hoped for, 'increased understanding'..{upon review}.. And, the 'faster' paced games.. To gauge, how is your {chess}, intuitive, 'pattern- recognition' progressing!

Obviously, engage in the 'faster' games.. when you're feeling, somewhat more 'alert'!  o:
