It's called stalemate, but is a draw on chess.com as elsewhere.

Sometimes there's been a glitch where the system hasn't recognised a checkmate - this sounds similar. Report it to the Support team via https://support.chess.com/customer/portal/emails/new

What is the game? It could be that you had one move, such as a pawn move you overlooked, an en-passant you didn't consider (so you didn't see a legal move, but there was one).
If you post the link, we can have a look at it.
Only king stay was not on check and if i move i will be on check. Nothing happens we can't play so my "ennemy" ask for "nulle" and i agree. But if he waited he won cause it was my turn and i can do nothing
You could have captured the pawn on h3

Pat = no possible legal move to make, but king not in check position. is this a draw? I should think so. But is this on www.chess.com?
