Pawn Promoted Opp.Queen!

Dears,  During a tournament each players time was fixed as 5 minutes.   My white pawn was promoted as a Queen.  Instead of putting White Queen, due to High BP, I wrongly placed a Black Queen.  My opponent asked me to resign.   But orbitor came to rescued and I did first Mistake...Instead of Pawn Queen promo. he gave me a Bishop... Is it correct.   Please advice me.   Thanks in advance

It seems unusual but it is too late to question the arbiter's decision now.

Thank you for your answers.  BP - Blood Pressure.   It is a 3 hrs. tournament.  Last 10 minutes the clock was introduced.  Due to this argument both clock was stopped immediately.  This was a first mistake in that game.  So I think Arbiter decision is wrong.

In a tournament only few chess clocs were available.   A game time is fixed for 2 hours.   There was no Chess clock provided to us.  After 1hr.45 minutes the clock was arranged and the time is fixed each 5 mts.
