Pawn reaching Other Sidd

I always wondered why in chess when pawn reaches other side you can choose a bishop or a rook instead of a queen. I think the horsey Can be a good choice but, Why a rook and a bishop when the queen Its practically the both of them

There are rare cases where choosing a Queen would make Checkmate more difficult because Stalemate has to be considered.
