Am in the process of learning the English opening and am having difficulty with Soltis's book on pawn structure book where insights for things like the Dragon structure are reversed in the English. Is there a website that explains the reversal points in detail? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I cant find anything written on the web in detail about the reversed siclian (1.c4 e5)

but this book may be of interest to you:

Here's the biggest difference, IMO:

If Black achieves the central break (...d5), he equalizes.

If White achieves the central break (d4), he also equalizes, but White should really be playing for an advantage.

So instead White tries to get an edge with moves like Rb1, b4, b5...

1.c4  is the English Opening.

White position often can be similar to lines of the Sicilian Defence.

However, white has a tempo up since white moves first.

So the positions are not exactly the same.

They are very close to being similar though.

It might be why you are having trouble finding something written with the label reverse sicilian.

As the book title says, it's all about pawn structures and the typical plans and ideas in those. The book is not about openings.

Of course the pieces are on different squares, e.g. in isolated queen pawn positions reached via Tarrasch or Caro-Kann Panov or French, but Soltis tries to give the reader a feeling when one plan is good or bad.

Btw the book is very instructive and a classic in my opinion.
