Seemingly, chess com likes to get money more than keep fair play policy. So chess com  selling a great opportunity to get easy wins in daily matches: pay for premium,  start a daily match, do few moves (random is ok). This is it. Now just wait. When your time for the move is up, thecsystem will automatically put you on vacation. When vacation is over and your time is up again - system again will put you on vacation. And so on, until your opponent will not resign. Thanks chess com for this easy way to receive points! You ruined the daily matches, but at least you got money!

Hmm. Chess.com has always allowed players to take occasional vacation when life interferferes with chess-playing. All players can take advantage of vacation. Premium players get more. Nobody has unlimited vacation.

Most players do not abuse the privilege.

You have one opponent who may have gotten in over his head with the number of matches he signed up for. It says he only has 5 days of vacation left. Your problem will soon be ended.

3 opponents I got. 1 decided to play in the end. The most annoying keeps 150 games like this, constantly on vacation while playing other game types. My match with him is 6 months old, 5 months he spend on his last move after I obviously get an advantage.

As mentioned, vacation time is limited. They'll either eventually play or run out of vacation time. Unless the position is completely lost and they're using vacation to prolong the game, you'll just need to wait.

Vacation also doesn't help anyone win

So it´s not an equal playing field? If so it´s definitely not fair.

It's best to only play no vacation tournaments.

compare a premuim's vacation and a non premium's vacation.

when i had premium i got vacation for more than 6 months. when i wasnt premuim it was not longer than 1-3 days

Max vacation bank is 90 days. If a member uses enough, the max to get added in a year is 60 days.
