divide your screen, use any pdf reader, load another program that allows you to see pgn ... it is the same and you adjust it to your preferred size, it's very easy

I just got a new Windows 10 Laptop and could not find a nice App or Program that could show a PDF book on top and the PGN board editor at the bottom, as the Android App "Chess Book Study". Any ideas suggestions?
