People with over 100 daily games or even way more

Hello,

Sometimes I like to look at the accounts of random other people and sometimes I find players with over 100 or, as in the picture, over 1000 daily games at the same time. I do wonder how it is possible to keep up this many games (I myself have trouble managing over 10 games at the same time without losing on time). Perhaps it is a good idea for Chess.com to look into this, because surely the Chess.com rules are broken somewhere in this process (think about sharing accounts with multiple people).

P.S. for privacy reasons, I did not reveal the name of the person in subject

Not really.  Some folks like to play at blitz speed but their internet is iffy so they play "daily" instead.  We had a guy with over 3,000 games going at one time although he eventually ended up running out of time in about half of them.  Wish I could remember the name of the recent thread; it was something about how many daily games do you play, but almost all the posts were playing over 100 games.  Obviously this isn't in the spirit of the classic correspondence game where the goal is to try to create a chess masterpiece by spending hours on each move, but hey it's the internet.

100 isn't very many. I mean, it's more than I would want, but it doesn't surprise me that people have 100.

But one thousand is crazy. If you sleep for 8 hours you get about 950 minutes a day, and at least 100 of those minutes are taken by eating, dressing yourself, bathroom, moving from one place to another, etc.

So to have 2000 games you absolutely have to be playing them like fast blitz or bullet... and even then it will require 5 to 10 hours of your day just to not lose on time.

Even so, it doesn't seem like cheating. There are lots of kids and retired people on this site. Plenty of people with 10 hours a day to play chess.
