In other words somewhere between 1 out of 330 and 1 out of 500.
Your guess of 20% is 1 out of 5, and obviously wrong.

In the highest ratio I encounter online (rapid Arena), slightly less than 5%.

Yeah, some subgroups will be higher. It's reasonable to assume most cheaters are doing it in rapid.
