Waddup, it's ya boy back at it again with a discussion about emotions in chess, only this time, I don't care if it's masochistic or not, I'd just like to know how to break out of that prison.

I've noticed that there's been an influx of bad decisions in my chess games, and I don't think it's merely down to my low focus and slow thinking; instead, I seem to be having virtually random emotions during each game, and they cloud my rational judgement too much for me to reliably play and win positions that I should be knowing. All that learning for what, just to forget over and over? That's not even talent, that's a guy being too irrational for this game. Feels like a sort of lobotomy.
